Haventree is continuing to work on a fix for the issue regarding special characters.
A separate issue has been identified where applications submitted with blank current addresses are not received by Haventree. We recommend reviewing your application to make sure that you have entered a current address for all applicants. Lendesk and Haventree are currently working on improvements.

Submissions to Haventree with notes containing special characters are not being received by the lender. Haventree has identified the cause and is working on implementing a fix.
In the meantime, please remove any special characters on your note before submitting your application.
